If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If there is a problem with work in your home, it often helps to raise it with the provider first and keep notes in writing.

Please still tell us. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Understand, though, that Commercialseeds Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, process warranty claims, refund a provider's work or speak for a provider.

Sending Us Your Concern

Email contact@commercialseeds.world and include:

• Your name and the easiest way to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
• The provider's name, if you know it
• What happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm by email that we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will then look into it, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Happy?

If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to take another look. Your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau may also be able to help. For licensed contractors, your state contractor licensing board may be another option.
